Erin did an amazing job identifying patterns in the way I eat and how it affects me both physically and mentally. She offered great ideas and advice that were simple to implement and I've made several long-lasting changes to my supplements that have improved my anxiety and sleep. I am continually grateful for her deep appreciation of the challenges involved in creating new regiments and improving nutrition, since I'm a pretty picky eater! I had stopped taking hormonal birth control and saw an almost immediate increase in anxiety.
